Ingredients:
1 Lb. fresh crabmeat, drained & flaked
2/3 Cup mayonnaise or salad dressing.
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 Teaspoon lemon juice
3 to 4 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Paprika
Combine first 4 ingredients. Spoon about 1/2 cup mixture into 4 shell shaped baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350’ F. for 15 minutes. or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with paprika. Yield is 4 servings.
May be baked in four 3 inch pastry shells. This dish has a mild flavor, emphasizing the crabmeat. If you want a more spicier dish add old bay seasoning to taste.
This dish also makes a nice first course.
2 Quarts cider
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Teaspoon whole allspice
2 Cinnamon sticks
10 Whole cloves
1/2 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
Put cider in coffee maker. Put spices in percolator basket and let percolate.
