Green onion (diced)
Shrimp (small frozen)
Pork Meat (marinated, grilled and cut into cubes)
Rice (2 cups)
Cook rice as directed, but substitute a little less (4 Tablespoons) water for 4 tablespoons soy sauce. Drizzle eggs slowly in bacon grease. Remove and add to the rice mixture. Mix all remaining ingredients. Serve with pork fried rice.
We can't have Christmas or Thanksgiving without these noodles. They are a must have at our table. They are not like any noodle you've ever eaten. They are thick, chewy and tasty. Gotta also try the homemade dumplings!
