Ingredients:
Lb. Bulk pork sausage
3 Cups hot cooked grits
2 1/2 Cups (10 0z.) Shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoon butter
3 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 Cups milk
Pimento Strips
Parsley
Cook Sausage until browned in a heavy skillet: drain and spoon sausage lightly into 13x9x2” baking dish. Combine hot grits, cheese and butter and stir until cheese and butter melts. Combine eggs and milk and stir into grits. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350’F for 1 hour. Garnish with pimento and parsley. Yield is 15 servings
This can be made and refrigerated over night and baked the next day.

Homemade Old Fashioned Noodles
We can't have Christmas or Thanksgiving without these noodles. They are a must have at our table. They are not like any noodle you've ever eaten. They are thick, chewy and tasty. Gotta also try the homemade dumplings!
