Rib sauce #1
1 Lemon (sliced)
1 Large onion (chopped)
1 Cup ketchup
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Dashes Tabasco
2 Cups water
Slice lemon and place sliced lemon over ribs while baking. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Baste over spare ribs.

1/4 Cup wine vinegar
1/2 Cup water
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Cayenne pepper
1 Lemon, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup butter
1/2 Cup catsup
2 1/2 Teaspoons Worcestershire
1 1/2 Teaspoons liquid smoke
In saucepan combine all ingredients except last three. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Excellent on ribs and chicken.
