Fettuccini Crab Delight

Fettuccini Crab Delight


6 Oz. fettuccini-fresh or dry

1/4 Cup butter

2 Cloves garlic, chopped finely

1 Cup half & half

1 Pkg. 8 oz. crab delight (Louis Kemp) or fresh crab

1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese

1/8 Teaspoon black pepper



Cook fettuccini according to pkg. directions, drain. Heat butter and garlic in skillet over medium heat until garlic is lightly brown. Add half and half, crab and pepper. Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble, stirring occasionally. Add parmesan, stir 1 minute remove from heat. Toss crab sauce with fettuccine. Serve with additional parmesan.

Yield 2 servings.

Mom's Italian Spaghetti Sauce

This is a recipe for an Italian meat sauce that simmers for several hours before it is ready to serve.  We serve the spaghetti topped with fresh parmesan cheese, and sometimes sautéed fresh mushrooms. A crisp salad and a loaf of garlic bread hot out of the oven is all you need for this family pleasing meal!
