Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 orange peppers
2 small cans tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
2 onions
6 fresh garlic (minced)
2 cups whipped cream or half and half
4 cubes of chicken bouillon (crushed)
Parmesan Cheese
Noodles ( Spaghetti, Rigatoni, etc.)
Brown hamburger. (We add seasoning while hamburger is browning… basil, oregano, rosemary, parsley anything you like in your regular spaghetti sauce). Add diced onion, orange peppers and minced garlic to hamburger after it is partially browned. Stir frequently until pepper start to soften slightly and hamburger is browned. Drain.
Stir in the tomato paste and tomato sauce and crushed bouillon. Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. (The longer the better.) Just before serving stir in the cream (un-whipped) and stir until well heated but not boiling. Cook noodles al dente, and pour sauce over well drained noodles. Add Parmesan cheese!
Serves Six - Have fun!!

This is a recipe for an Italian meat sauce that simmers for several hours before it is ready to serve. We serve the spaghetti topped with fresh parmesan cheese, and sometimes sautéed fresh mushrooms. A crisp salad and a loaf of garlic bread hot out of the oven is all you need for this family pleasing meal!
