1 Quart vanilla ice cream softened
1 lb. Butter softened
1 lb. Brown sugar
1 lb. Powdered sugar
1 to 2 Teaspoons nutmeg
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Cream together ice cream, butter, sugars, nutmeg, cinnamon. Freeze and store until needed.
To serve, spoon 3 tablespoons batter into mug. Add 1 jigger rum and 6 oz. boiling water. Stir with cinnamon sticks.
A perfect hot spicy drink for nippy fall days, and a definite winner for any cold winter morning.
