Ingredients:
1/4 Cup butter
1/2 Cup minced onions
1 Lb. ground chuck
1 Clove garlic
2 Tablespoon flour
2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
1 lb. Mushrooms, sliced
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Cup sour cream
Parsley
Heat butter in skillet, sauté onion until golden. Add meat, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mushrooms. Cook until meat is done-about 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream-sprinkle with parsley. Serve on noodles.
