Fillet of Sole with White Grapes


1 Lb. sole fillets (4)

2 Tablespoons butter

6 large mushrooms (sliced) or more

48 seedless grapes

1/2 Cup sour cream

1/3 Cup mayonnaise

Juice of 1/2 lemon



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Generously butter au gratin or individual casserole.  Arrange fish fillets in dishes, sprinkle with salt.  Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.  Add mushrooms and sauté until softened.  Add grapes stirring gently.  Add remaining ingredients and blend well.  Spoon over fish.  Tent with foil and bake until fish is flaky and sauce is heated through, about 25 to 35 minutes.  Serves 4.
