Hot Crab Open Faces


1 (7 1/2 oz.) Can crab meat

1/4 Cup mayonnaise

1 (3 Oz.) Pkg. cream cheese

1 Egg yolk

1 Teaspoon finely chopped onion

1/4 Teaspoon prepared mustard

1 Pkg. English muffins



Drain and flake crab meat.  Stir in mayonnaise and set aside.  Cream softened cream cheese, egg yolk, onion and mustard, beat until creamy. Split and toast four English muffins. Spread lightly with butter. Spread crabmeat mixture on muffins and top cream cheese mixture. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly.

Shrimp Rosemary

This is an easy shrimp recipe that is excellent.  The cream sherry, black pepper, fresh tomatoes and parsley work well together.  Serve with a crisp salad and bread.
