Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups chopped pecans
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
3/4 Cup milk
3/4 Cup light or dark corn syrup
1/2 Cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 Cup butter softened
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
Heat oven to 350’ Grease 9” pie plate. Sprinkle pecans in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with a hand mixer. pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
