Ingredients:
3/4 Cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 Cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1/3 Cup light corn syrup
1/3 Milk or evaporated milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 Semi baked pre made pie shell
Pre-heat oven to 325’ F. Melt peanut butter and butter in a small heavy sauce pan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove mixture from heat. Combine sugar, brown sugar, eggs flour, corn syrup, milk, vanilla and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Blend in peanut butter mixture. pour into pie shell. Bake until filling is puffed about 1 hour 20 minutes. Filling will still be quite soft. Let pie cool to room temperature before serving.
