Pineapple Chess Pie

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups sugar

1 Stick melted butter

1 Tablespoon flour

1 Tablespoon corn meal

1 Small can crushed pineapple

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

 

 

Mix thoroughly.  Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Check after 30 minutes.

Mom's Apple Pie

This is the old fashioned apple pie, with a fabulous crust!  The apples are just the right tartness, and again, the crust is why I eat the pie... It is outstanding!!!
