Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup melted butter
1 1/4 Cup light corn syrup
1 1/4 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 9” inch unbaked pie shell
1 Cup chopped pecans
Beat eggs with a wire whisk. Add salt , butter, syrup, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with pecans. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a 350’ f. oven.
Yields 1 9” Pie
