Ingredients:
4 Eggs
2 Cups sugar
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
1/2 Cup melted butter
1 Teaspoon cornmeal
1 Teaspoon flour
1/8 Teaspoon salt
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Beat eggs thoroughly. Gradually beat in sugar. Add remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown. Do not over bake. Makes 6 servings.
