1/4 lb. Small shrimp cooked and chopped
3 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup grated parmesan
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup diced green olives
2 Tablespoons grated onion
2 Tablespoons snipped chives
1 Teaspoon curry powder
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toast one side of bread cutouts in broiler. Spread shrimp mixture on un-toasted side of bread and put on large cookie sheet in broiler until bubbly and heated through. Makes 48 small or 24 large canapés.

This is one of our family's favorite appetizers! They are a hit with everyone, even people that think they don't like curry! I make a double batch every time, and freeze any unused mixture in a freezer bag.
When I have company drop in, or just feel like making appetizers, it is easy to pull the frozen mixture out of the freezer, spoon on the bread and broil. And Voila! Instant hot appetizers that are wonderful!
