2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 small onion (diced)
1 7 oz. can green chilies (diced)
2 Green onions (chopped)
1/2 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 Cloves garlic (chopped)
1 Teaspoon oregano
1 Teaspoon cumin
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes (chopped)
1 Cup tomato juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes 1 quart.
