3 Cups biscuit baking mix
3 Cups packed, shredded sharp cheddar cheese at room temperature
1 lb. Uncooked regular or spicy bulk pork sausage at room temperature
Combine dry mix, cheese and sausage. Mix with hands. Roll dough in bite size balls. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet in oven preheated to 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Serve warm with wooden picks. Makes about 45 balls (Unbaked balls may be frozen.)
