2 Packages frozen spinach thawed, well drained
2 Cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
4 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1 Cup onion (finely chopped)
1/2 Lb. Butter
1/2 Cup parmesan Cheese grated
1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients and chill. Shape into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm. May be frozen in balls and baked later. Serves 12 to 15.
