Ingredients:
1 Lb. hot sausage
1 Lb. regular sausage
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 Green pepper chopped
Rye bread (cocktail size)
Crumble sausage into skillet and brown. Drain and add cheese and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and mixed with sausage. Spread on bread and heat in 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes. May be prepared ahead and frozen.
