1 (3 oz. Pkg.) Thinly sliced smoked beef, chopped
1 Cup-(4 oz.) Shredded cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 1/2 Dozen whole grain rye crackers
1 Cup sliced ripe olives
Combine first 4 ingredients. Spread one Tablespoon mixture on each cracker. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield 2 1/2 dozen.
