1 (15 oz.) Can red salmon, drained & flaked
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) Pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon liquid smoke
1/3 Cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Combine first 8 ingredients, mix well. Shape mixture into ball. Chill about two hours until firm. Roll ball in pecans. Serve with crackers or chips.
Yield one 5 inch ball.\
