Ingredients:
12 Oz. Cream cheese, room temp.
3/4 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Purchased graham cracker pie crust
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350’F. Blend 6 ingredients in processor until smooth. Pour mixture in crust. Bake until cake filling is just set, about 35 minutes. Cool slightly. Combine 1 Cup sour cream, 2 Tablespoon sugar and 1 Teaspoon vanilla in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over cheese cake. Bake 10 minutes. Cool, Then refrigerate overnight. (Can be made 2 days ahead) Cut into wedges and serve. 8 Servings.
