Ingredients:
3 Cups bread pieces
4 Tablespoon cocoa
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup sugar
3 Cups milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon salt
Whipped Cream
Stir together bread pieces, cocoa and nuts. Set aside. Beat eggs until foamy: add sugar, vanilla, salt and bread crumbs to mixture. Pour into lightly greased 1 3/4 qt. casserole. Bake at 350’F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Serve warm with whipped cream. Yield 6 to 8 servings
