1 1/2 Cups sour cream
1/4 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon White Rum
1 Tablespoon Irish Whiskey
1/4 Cup chopped raisins
(also very good with cinnamon added)
Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Blend in raisins. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve over fresh fruit. Makes 2 cups.
