1 (25 Oz.) pkg. frozen roll dough, thawed
1/3 Cup butter, melted
1/3 Cup parmesan cheese, grated
Cut each roll in half-dip in butter then roll in cheese. Arrange rolls in lightly greased 10” tube pan. Cover and let rise in warm place 85’F, free from drafts 1 hour or until double in bulk. Bake at 325’F. 25 to 30 min or until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack, Store in heavy duty zip top plastic bag.
This is a good soft dough recipe that can easily be made into a variety of shapes including cloverleaf rolls and crescent rolls. We've even use for cinnamon roll dough as well. It is an easy recipe to make, and very good.
