Ingredients:
(Layer in order given)
1 head of lettuce broken up
Leaf spinach or (Broccoli can be substituted
Frozen peas
1 Head cauliflower
1 Red onion
1 Lb. bacon, crumbled (Crisp)
1 Green pepper slivered
5 Stalks chopped celery
Mix together:
2 Cups mayonnaise
1/4 Cup sugar
Pour over salad.
Top with 2/3 cups parmesan cheese & Refrigerate for 24 hours. Covered.
Do not toss.

This is a frozen salad, that can be made ahead for a holiday meal. It is a tart cranberry sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream topping. It is spooned into a muffin tin lined with cup cake papers, and served in individual servings. It is a family favorite!
