6 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 Garlic clove (minced)
1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid and shake well. Store in refrigerator.

1 Large orange (peeled, halved and sliced)
4 Slices crisply cooked bacon (crumbled for garnish)
Combine spinach, onion, orange in large bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Arrange salad on plates. Top with bacon and serve immediately.
This is a frozen salad, that can be made ahead for a holiday meal. It is a tart cranberry sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream topping. It is spooned into a muffin tin lined with cup cake papers, and served in individual servings. It is a family favorite!
