1 Family size strawberry Jell-O
2 Boxes frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 Box sour cream
1 Small can crushed pineapple
1 Cup chopped pecans
Thaw strawberries and drain, take juice of strawberries and enough water for 4 cups. Mix and dissolve Jell-O. Mash bananas, add pineapple and nuts, add this to Jell-O and strawberries, let set up. Put layer of Jell-O mixture then sour cream layer on top of the Jell-O. Add remaining Jell-O on top of sour cream.

This is a frozen salad, that can be made ahead for a holiday meal. It is a tart cranberry sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream topping. It is spooned into a muffin tin lined with cup cake papers, and served in individual servings. It is a family favorite!
