4 Cups fresh cranberries
2 Cups sugar
1/3 Cup brandy
Combine cranberries, sugar, and brandy. Mix well. Place mixture in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake in oven preheated to 300 degrees for about 1 hour. Refrigerate until cool or serve warm. Serve as an accompaniment to poultry, ham or pork roast. Makes 4 cups.
This is a frozen salad, that can be made ahead for a holiday meal. It is a tart cranberry sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream topping. It is spooned into a muffin tin lined with cup cake papers, and served in individual servings. It is a family favorite!
