Ingredients:
1 12 Oz. bundles fresh spinach
6 Hard cooked eggs
1/4 Teaspoons salt
1/2 Teaspoons ground pepper
12 slices bacon chopped and fried crisp
3/4 cup bacon drippings
1/2 Cup malt vinegar
1/4 Cup lemon juice
4 Teaspoons sugar
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 oz. Brandy (100 proof)
Tear spinach into bite size pieces, put in bowls and add egg slices, salt, pepper and bacon bits. Mix remaining ingredients except Brandy. In small saucepan heat until very hot. Heat Brandy, add to saucepan and ignite. Pour flaming dressing over spinach or keep hot in chafing dish until ready to serve.
Hint: Fresh Red onions sliced into rings are good with this. We sometimes also add a few radishes.
