2 Pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 Cup boiling water
1 Lb. can crushed pineapple-drained
2 Pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz.)
2 Small bananas
1 Cup nuts
1 Cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients except sour cream.
Pour one half of Jell-O mixture into pan and cool until partially set. Leave rest of Jell-O at room temperature. Spread sour cream over cooled Jell-O half, then pour the other half of mixture on top of sour cream. Let set. Serve.

This is a frozen salad, that can be made ahead for a holiday meal. It is a tart cranberry sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream topping. It is spooned into a muffin tin lined with cup cake papers, and served in individual servings. It is a family favorite!
