Ingredients:
2 Egg whites
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup coconut
2 Cups cornflakes
1/2 Cups nuts
Beat egg whites until stiff, then gradually add sugar. Add vanilla and fold in coconut, cornflakes and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on oiled baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown. 10 to 15 minutes.
