Sunny Raisin Peanut Bar
In large bowl stir together:
3/4 Cup peanuts (chopped)
2 1/2 Cups toasted rice cereal
2 Cups quick cooking oatmeal
1 Cup raisins
Microwave on high for 2 minutes:
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup light corn syrup
Remove and add:
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Stir microwave mixture until smooth then add in cereal mixture. Grease 9 inch square pan with butter, and add cereal mixture. Allow to cool. Cut into 10 bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap. Store in airtight container.
