Combine:
3 Cups flour
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Cup butter
Pat into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix:
6 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups dark corn syrup
1 1/2 Cups brown sugar
1 1/2 Cups pecans
6 Tablespoons butter
3 Teaspoons vanilla
3/4 Teaspoons salt
Pour into baked crust and bake another 25 minutes at 350 degrees. (Use one large and one small oblong pan.)
