Ingredients:
24 Graham crackers
1 Cup butter
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup pecans or walnuts
Arrange crackers in jelly roll pan 15x10x1 inch un-greased. Put butter and sugar in sauce pan, bring to boil and cook two minutes, stirring constantly. Add nuts and mix well. Spoon over graham crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes or more. Remove and let stand 2 minutes. While still warm cut into squares and store in tins. Makes 48 squares.
Tip: Mom bakes 20 minutes.
