1 Package white cake mix
1/2 Cup cooking oil
2 Tablespoons water
2 Eggs
1 Cup (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
Combine cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop from teaspoon on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.
1 Package Yellow cake mix
1 Cup peanut butter
1/2 Cup cooking oil
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons water
Combine all ingredients, Mix and drop by teaspoons on un-greased cookie sheet. Make crisscross-cross pattern on top of cookie with fork. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes.
1 Package Lemon Cake Mix
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon lemon rind
Pecan halves
Combine all ingredients except nuts. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on un-greased cookie sheet. Top each with pecan half. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.
