Ingredients:
6 Small Zucchini
1/4 Cup butter, melted
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Teaspoon onion salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon dried whole thyme
Cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices, taking care not to cut through the stem ends. Place zucchini fans in a lightly greased shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Brush butter mixture over sliced zucchini. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally. Yield 6 servings.
