Cut yellow squash in 1/2 inch slices then quarter.
Sauté in unsalted butter, add salt, pepper and basil. Add cloves of garlic.
Sauté until tender. 5 minutes or so. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve. Can sauté a few onions in pan also.
Enjoy healthy broccoli served with a tangy slightly hot sauce drizzled over it. It is pretty on the plate, and tastes as good as it looks!
