Ingredients:
2 packages frozen cauliflower (10 oz. package, cooked)
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 1/2 Cups milk
2 Teaspoons chicken bouillon
1 Cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Dash pepper
1/2 Cup buttered soft bread crumbs
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, add milk and bouillon. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese until melted. Stir in cauliflower. Turn in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes.
