1/3 Cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon oil
1 Package frozen broccoli spears (10 oz., cooked)
6 Eggs beaten
1/4 Cup milk
1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook onions in oil in 8 inch skillet until tender. Cover with broccoli. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Cut in wedge. Serve immediately.
Enjoy healthy broccoli served with a tangy slightly hot sauce drizzled over it. It is pretty on the plate, and tastes as good as it looks!
