Ingredients:
2 Pints cherry tomatoes, stem removed
3/4 Cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 Cup plus 2 Tablespoon minced onion
1/4 Cup plus 2 Tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
1 Large garlic clove, minced
3/4 Teaspoon salt
1/3 Teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoon olive oil
Heat oven to 400’F. Place tomatoes in single layer in a lightly oiled 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients except olive oil: sprinkle crumb mixture over tomatoes. Drizzle with oil. Bake until tomatoes are puffed, 6 to 8 minutes.
