Potatoes (with skins on)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Garlic bread sprinkle
Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Slice potatoes as thinly as possible. Pour oil in pie pan. Dip potato in oil then turn over in pan. Put in layers just barely overlapping. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Enjoy healthy broccoli served with a tangy slightly hot sauce drizzled over it. It is pretty on the plate, and tastes as good as it looks!
