Ingredients:
2 Dozen carrots
1/4 Cup Chopped scallions
2 Tablespoon butter
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon sugar
Boiling water
Chopped parsley
Peel carrots. Slice and place in saucepan with next 4 ingredients. Add boiling water to cover. Cook until tender.
