4 Small red potatoes, quartered length wise
5 Large shallots, peeled
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon caraway seeds
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 400’F. Mix all ingredients in small shallow, baking pan. Bake until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
Enjoy healthy broccoli served with a tangy slightly hot sauce drizzled over it. It is pretty on the plate, and tastes as good as it looks!
