Ingredients:
2 Cups plain croutons
1 Cup (4 oz.) shredded natural cheese
4 Eggs slightly beaten
2 Cups milk
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 Teaspoon dried onion powder
Dash pepper
4 Slices cooked and crumbled bacon
In the bottom of 10x6x1-3/4 inch dish combine croutons and shredded cheese. In another bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper. Mix until blended. Pour mixture over crouton mixture in casserole. Sprinkle bacon over top of casserole and bake in 325 degree oven for 55- 60 minutes or until eggs are set. Makes 6 servings. Double for 9x13.
