Streusel Ingredients:
1/2 Cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 Cup rolled oats
3/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 Cup butter, unsalted
1/4 Cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Cake Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cups sugar
1 Cup butter-room temp.
3 Large eggs
1 8 Oz. Carton sour cream
2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Teaspoon butter flavoring
2 1/4 Cups flour
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Cream sugar and shortening until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream, vanilla and butter flavoring. Mix dry ingredients into butter mixture. Spoon half batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle half of topping over and swirl with tip of knife for marbling. Spoon remaining batter over. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean. About 50 minutes.
