Ingredients:
8 Cups all purpose flour
1/3 Cups baking powder
2 Teaspoon salt
8 Teaspoon sugar
1 Cup shortening
Mix first 4 ingredients-with pastry blender cut in shortening to a very fine consistency. Store in airtight container. This mix will stay fresh for some time in cupboard or will stay fresh months in refrigerator. To make the biscuits just add 1/3 Cup milk for every cup mix. Mix well, roll out on a floured surface and cut. Bake 425’F. until golden brown.
