Ingredients:
4 Cups Biscuit or mix your own
3 Tablespoon sugar
1-12 Oz. beer (room temp.)
Mix all ingredients. Drop the dough into a greased muffin tin or roll it out and cut like biscuits. Bake 450’F. 10-12 minutes.
The second recipe calls for 3 Cups self rising flour 3 Tablespoon sugar-1-12 oz. can beer-room temp. An egg can be used in either recipe for richer texture.

Excellent any time of the year, but especially good during the fall and winter. The pumpkin flavor is rich and hearty. These are best served with our homemade "Dutch Honey" recipe. This is a rich thick syrup that will last for weeks in the refrigerator. The "Dutch Honey" is also good on ice cream!
